Enrique Garcia, President and Broker
Enrique Garcia is President and Broker of The
HealthCare Acquisitions Group. Enrique has over
16-years of experience as a Broker having
successfully negotiated deals in domestic and
international markets in areas such as
commercial real estate, land development, and
businesses mergers and acquisitions.
At Avatar Holdings Inc., a Real Estate
investment company targeting commercial and
industrial markets, he led the effort to merge
Avatar Holdings Inc. (USA) with Gilmar Bienes y
Raices (Spain) to sell the investment portfolio
of the merged group to United States-based Real
Estate investment firms. In his position as
Vice President of International Sales, he
managed a portfolio of investment properties
throughout Europe and led the marketing and
sales effort in the United States which resulted
over $50 million in sales worldwide.
In 2003 Enrique co-founded The HealthCare
Acquisitions Group, a Merger & Acquisition firm
dedicated to the Health Care market in south
Florida. Enrique brings a wealth of experience
and knowledge of the brokerage industry
including innovative marketing strategies and
deal structures to help clients achieve their
goals.
Mr. Garcia graduated with honors from the
University of Miami School Of Liberal Arts with
a Bachelor of Arts & Science. He is a skilled
negotiator with a win-win approach, strong
people skills, and with a diverse cultural

George Gabela, Managing Executive
George Gabela is Managing Executive of The
HealthCare Acquisitions Group. George’s career
spanning more than 25 years has included senior
executive positions with such companies as
General Electric, AlliedSignal/Honeywell, and
Raytheon International Inc.
Prior to his present position, George was Vice
President Latin America at Raytheon
International where he led corporate business
development activities throughout the region
managing a sales portfolio in excess of $500
million. He is an experienced senior executive
with diverse business development background
that includes mergers and acquisitions,
international marketing, sales, and strategic
business planning experience in Fortune 100
companies.
In 2003, George co-founded The HealthCare
Acquisitions Group, a Merger & Acquisition firm
dedicated to the Health Care market in south
Florida. George brings a fundamental and applied
understanding of finance, valuation, and
negotiation; supporting the delicate balance
needed to bring the players together and
successfully negotiate a win-win transaction.
George is a graduate of the General Electric
Leadership & Development Program, Global
Marketing & Sales Program, and various quality
and business management programs. George
graduated with honors from the University of St.
Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Aerospace Engineering, and earned a Master’s
degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Cincinnati. |

Ben Sardiñas, Managing Executive
Ben Sardiñas is
Managing Executive of The HealthCare
Acquisitions Group. The bulk of his career has been spent founding
and growing business in South Florida. An
entrepreneur at heart, he feels most comfortable
taking ideas and making them into profitable
businesses. He has founded four companies in
South Florida and successfully sold one of them
to a publicly-traded global consulting firm -
AnswerThink (Nasdaq-ANSR) - where he served as a practice leader
and executive at AnswerThink. He has helped numerous firms from small
companies to the Fortune 500 with business
strategy, corporate direction, and technology
implementation. He continued
his career as co-founder and Chief
Marketing Officer of Avisena, a 75-employee
healthcare management company based in Miami
that manages close to $350 million in accounts
receivable for over 100 customers throughout Florida.
Sardiñas brings a unique set of skills and
experience from a variety of industries
including Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals,
Transportation and Logistics, Retail,
Automotive, Utilities, Professional Employment
Organizations/HR Outsourcing Companies, and
Telecommunications.
Sardiñas holds a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering from Florida
International University with a minor in
Chemistry. He is also proud to have received a
Charles E. Perry Visionary Award from Florida
International University in
