Enrique Garcia, President Enrique has over 16-years of experience as a Broker having successfully negotiated deals in domestic and international markets in areas such as commercial real estate, land development, and businesses mergers and acquisitions. In 2003 Enrique co-founded The HealthCare Acquisitions Group, a Merger & Acquisition firm dedicated exclusively to the Health Care market in south Florida.  Enrique brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the brokerage industry including innovative marketing strategies and deal structures to help clients achieve their goals. Previous to founding HCAG, Enrique founded Chase Real Estate Services, a commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm that specialized in large-scale residential development projects, single-family homes, and commercial real estate properties, and Chase Title Services, which contracted exclusively with Ameriquest processing over 100 closings per month. Enrique graduated with honors from the University of Miami School Of Liberal Arts with a Bachelor of Arts & Science.  He is a skilled negotiator with a win-win approach, strong people skills, and with a diverse cultural background.

George Gabela, Managing Executive George’s career spanning more than 25 years has included senior executive positions with such companies as General Electric, AlliedSignal/Honeywell, and Raytheon International Inc. In 2003, George co-founded The HealthCare Acquisitions Group, a Merger & Acquisition firm dedicated to the Health Care market in south Florida. George brings a fundamental and applied understanding of finance, valuation, and negotiation; supporting the delicate balance needed to bring the players together and successfully negotiate a win-win transaction. George is a graduate of the General Electric Leadership & Development Program, Global Marketing & Sales Program, and various quality and business management programs. George graduated with honors from the University of St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, and earned a Master’s degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.     Ben Sardiñas, Managing Executive Ben Sardiñas is Managing Executive of The HealthCare Acquisitions Group.  The bulk of his career has been spent founding and growing business in South Florida.  An entrepreneur at heart, he feels most comfortable taking ideas and making them into profitable businesses.  He has founded four companies in South Florida and successfully sold one of them to a global consulting firm - AnswerThink (now The Hackett Group - Nasdaq-HCKT) - where he served as a practice leader and executive, and was part of the team when the company had its IPO. He has helped numerous firms from small companies to the Fortune 500 with business strategy, corporate direction, and technology implementation.  He continued his career as co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Avisena, a healthcare management company based in Miami that manages over to $400 million in accounts billing for over 100 customers throughout Florida and Georgia. Sardiñas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Medical Instrumentation Design with a minor in Chemistry from Florida International University.  He received the Charles E. Perry Visionary Award for Outstanding Alumni from Florida International University in 2003. He is also an Associate Member of the Associated Home Health Industries of Florida (AHHIF).   Robert Wilbur, Pharm.D, CPh., Pharmacy   Robert Wilbur is the pharmacy specialist and advisor for the HealthCare Acquisitions Group. He is also a founding partner of Pharmacy Business Solutions, a national pharmacy consulting firm specializing in pharmacy start up, management, and business development. Robert received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of South Florida, Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University, and completed a Clinical Residency at Emory University Through his 18 years in the profession of pharmacy, Robert has been involved in almost every facet of the industry. He has served as the Chief Clinical Pharmacist for a large metropolitan hospital, lecturer for three international pharmaceutical companies, a manager for a national home health care company, Vice President for an international health care company, and, for the past ten years, as a pharmacy consultant.
